It is known that sociology is a young and promising field. Unlike other sciences, it studies society in its entirety and unity, which is why the profession of a sociologist is multidimensional and comprehensive. It is a profession that is focused on researching acute and current problems in society and offering recommendations for their resolution. Therefore, sociologists are in great demand in the modern world. This demand is especially active on the part of organizations and large companies that are engaged in the introduction and implementation of innovative technologies, reforms in the field of labor market and modern economic-organizational culture, education, science and other systems, issues related to the creation of a positive public image and advertising, etc.

The modern civilized world is also well aware of the role and importance of psychological science in the cause of social progress through the study and consideration of the peculiarities of the human psyche and the regularities of its development. Psychology, and especially its important field and direction, such as applied psychology, is dedicated to helping people to better and successfully perform the tasks set before this or that enterprise, firm, corporation or various institutions. A psychologist, taking into account the specifics of the field he serves, develops appropriate recommendations for optimizing the work process and conducting it more efficiently.
